Dashboard: TLS & signed-in access

The operator console is served over HTTPS on our production hosts. Accounts use server-side sessions with permission checks on every API route, plus secure, HTTP-only cookies where the environment supports them.

WhatsApp chats stay on WhatsApp’s model

Conversations between people on WhatsApp benefit from WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption on their network. You link a WhatsApp number with a QR session you control; we do not replace WhatsApp’s encryption between your customers and WhatsApp.

Stronger operator logins

Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP), recovery codes, and encrypted storage of 2FA secrets on the server help protect admin access even if a password leaks.

AI & payments: clear boundaries

Optional AI (transcripts, translation, replies) sends only the content required for that action to the model provider configured for the service. Card payments run through Stripe; card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored in SkipVoice for charging.

Hosted on our infrastructure. The SkipVoice dashboard and the data needed to run your inbox (messages, transcripts, contacts, and account settings) are stored on servers we operate — not on computers inside your office. We apply production access controls, monitoring, and backups to that environment. Session, cookie, and rate-limit practices are documented for customers as part of onboarding and support.
